Auburn Football Recruiting Hot Board: Offense
Auburn has 18 commitments in its 2024 recruiting class with seven projected to play on offense.
There’s still plenty of work to be done before the early signing period begins in December. There’s also plenty of time.

What is left for Auburn on offense in the 2024 class? Who are the top recruits at each position and what are Auburn’s chances with each?
The Hot Board has the answers.
Below are the recruits I believe are the top targets at each position and my guesses at Auburn’s chances of signing them. Keep in mind, the percentages are Auburn’s chances against the field.
Quarterback (1)
Name (star rating)HometownOVPreviousCurrentWalker White (4)Little Rock, Ark.9/29AUAU
Auburn wanted one quarterback in its class and already has committed its top target at the position. White is the No. 9 QB in the country, per the On3 Industry Ranking, and the No. 2 recruit in Arkansas. He committed to Auburn over Clemson.
Running backs (2)
Name (star rating)HometownOVPreviousCurrentJ’Marion Burnette (4)Andalusia, Ala.11/24AUAUKevin Riley (4)Northport, Ala.–UM/20%UM/20%David Eziomume (4)Kennesaw, Ga.–CU/20%CU/20%Duke Watson (4)Forsyth, Ga.–UL/15%UL/15%Brandon Hood (3)McDonough, Ga.–15%15%
Auburn has a commitment from Burnette and is looking for one more running back in the class. Eziomume and Riley appear to be the top targets and both were in Auburn last Saturday. Eziomume is committed to Clemson and Riley to Miami, but the two are expected back at Auburn for another game this fall. Neither will be an easy pull for the Tigers. Riley is scheduled to visit Alabama this weekend and Eziozume back at Clemson.
Wide receivers (4-5)
Name (star rating)HometownOVPreviousCurrentBryce Cain (4)Mobile, Ala.–AUAUPerry Thompson (5)Foley, Ala.6/16AUAUMalcolm Simmons (4)Alexander City, Ala.–AUAUCam Coleman (5)Phenix City, Ala.6/12A&M/25%A&M/25%Ny Carr (4)Moultrie, Ga.–UGA/20%UGA/20%
Auburn has commitments from three wide receivers, but doesn’t appear to be done. The Tigers continue to recruit others, most notably Carr and Coleman. Auburn’s best shot at flipping one of the two likely lies with Coleman. Hugh Freeze was at his game last Friday. Coleman will attend Auburn’s game at Texas A&M on Saturday and is expected to return to Auburn the following weekend for the Georgia game. Carr also could be there.
Tight ends (2)
Name (star rating)HometownOVPreviousCurrentMartavious Collins (3)S. Pittsburg, Tenn.–AUAURoger Saleapaga (4)Orem, Utah11/2430%30%Amir Jackson (4)Portal, Ga.–UF/25%UF/25%Landen Thomas (5)Moultrie, Ga.–FSU/15%FSU/15%
Auburn continues to look for a second tight end to pair with Collins (and maybe a third). Saleapaga was in Auburn last Saturday for an unofficial visit and plans to return in November for an official visit. The Tigers appear to have solidified themselves as a true contender, along with Oregon and Colorado. Jackson also plans two visits to Auburn, an unofficial for the Georgia game and an official later in the season, possibly in December.
Offensive line (4-5)
Name (star rating)HometownOVPreviousCurrentDeAndre Carter (4)Santa Ana, Calif.6/16AUAUFavour Edwin (3)McDonough, Ga.9/2945%45%Reese Baker (3)Huntsville, Ala.–45%40%Kahlil House (3)Warner Robins, Ga.6/16SU/30%SU/30%TJ Lockhart (3)Winona, Miss.–MSU/30%MSU/30%Coen Echols (4)Katy, Texas6/9A&M/20%A&M/20%Jude Foster (3)Baton Rouge, La.–OM/20%OM/20%Jayven Richardson (NR)Hutchinson, Kan. Auburn has a commitment from Carter, but continues to search for several more. The best chance of adding another could be with Edwin. The big OT is locked in for an official visit for the Georgia game. Auburn also dished out two more offers this week, including one to the JUCO Richardson.
