Ravens RB JK Dobbins ‘feared’ to have torn Achilles after leaving game vs. Texans
The Baltimore Ravens may have just received some heartbreaking news on day one of their season as JK Dobbins could have an Achilles tear.
Dobbins left Baltimore’s Week 1 game vs. Houston in the second half with an apparent ankle injury. Shortly after heading to the locker room, the team listed him as questionable to return. Now, just minutes after that report, NFL insiders Tom Pelissero and Ian Rapoport broke news that Dobbins is “feared” to have torn his Achilles.
Here was Rapoport’s tweet Sunday afternoon noting that development:
“#Ravens RB JK Dobbins is feared to have suffered a torn Achilles, sources tell me and @TomPelissero. A crushing injury. He’ll have an MRI to confirm.”
