Ole Miss offers NFL legacy, 2026 wide receiver Jason Hill Jr.
The Ole Miss staff has been on a west coast run as of late. And on Tuesday, Lane Kiffin and Co., extended yet another offer in the state of California to 2026 wide receiver Jason Hill Jr. The Folsom (Calif.) product was given the offer by Rebels’ offensive coordinator, Charlie Weis Jr.
The 6-foot-1, 160 pound prospect spoke with OMSpirit after hearing the good news.
“The conversation was basically coach Weis explaining to me he loved my tape and he would love to give me an offer to Ole Miss,” Hill said. “He also mentioned he would love for me to come down for some camps and a visit.”
Hill’s father, Jason Hill, played professionally for the San Francisco 49ers.
There, he played alongside Ole Miss legend and NFL Hall of Famer, Patrick Willis. The younger Hill is well aware of the program and is excited to learn more.
“I know that they have some great coaches down there like coach Weis and coach Kiffin that have great experience and I know they would do nothing but benefit me for my future.”
The rising junior tells OMSpirit he is also hearing a good bit from UCLA, Cal and Boise State recently. He says he “definitely” plans on making a trip to Ole Miss soon.

Jason Hill Jr.’s teammate, Ryder Lyons, has also been offered by Ole Miss.
Lyons is a four-star prospect and the No. 10 overall recruit in the country, per 2026 On3’s Industry Ranking. Hill says the two are tight and have formed quite the connection as quarterback and wideout.
“Me and my guy, Ryder, both got Ole Miss now,” Hill said. “That could be something great for the future…”
