Former NASCAR driver Tighe Scott is facing felony chargers stemming from confrontations with police during the Capitol riot on Jan. 6, 2021, according to the Associated Press. Scott, 75, his adult son Jarrett Scott, 48, and two mother men from Pennsylvania, were arrested by the FBI on Wednesday.
