Erik Bakich jumps in stands to celebrate with fans after Clemson punches their tickets to Super Regionals

The Clemson Tigers had no problems with Coastal Carolina on Sunday, prevailing 12-5 to punch their tickets to Super Regionals. It’s the first time the Tigers’ baseball program will make an appearance in Super Regionals since 2010. After the big win, Clemson players decided to celebrate the moment with their fans in the stands. And Tigers head coach Erik Bakich also joined them, clearing the wall to celebrate with them.

It’s just the latest in a string of accomplishments for Bakich at Clemson. After all, last year he led them to a 2023 ACC Tournament title, their 16th ACC Championship overall and their 11th ACC Tournament title. Both of those numbers are ACC records.
