Kentucky-Illinois start time moved up due to impending weather

Kentucky and Illinois now have a new first pitch time thanks to likely weather interference in Lexington later in the evening on Saturday.

According to the Kentucky baseball Twitter account, the Wildcats and Illini will get going just short of an hour after the completion of Saturday’s first game in the Lexington Regional between Indiana State and Western Michigan.

Here was the news straight from the source:

“Due to impending weather, tonight’s game has been moved up to 55 minutes after the completion of game 3 (approx. 4 p.m. ET) Game 4 ticket holders can enter the stadium during game 3, but game 3 ticket holders maintain all reserved seat locations until game 3 ends.”
