4-star IOL Micah DeBose arrives in Gainesville for Florida official visit

Former Georgia commit Micah DeBose has been rising with the Florida Gators as of late and is now scheduled to take his official visit this weekend.

On Friday afternoon, the Mobile (Ala.) Vigor star and former Georgia commit arrived in Gainesville. Prior to today, his most recent experience at Florida was on March 29.

Florida’s Need: Florida has been progressing with household names like Ziyare Addison and Solomon Thomas, but no prospects are committed right now. That needs to change soon. At the same time though, the Gators have loaded up in the trenches in recent cycles.
Recruitment 411: The former Georgia commit is connecting with numerous coaches in Gainesville and loved what he saw on the field during the spring. Both parties are eager to build off that this weekend. LSU and Alabama are additional schools with an official visit date, with the Tigers trending heavily right now. Those two schools likely have the edge over Florida right now.
