The NCAA Tournament has come and gone with Florida lifting the national title this season, ending the college basketball season. That also means that there are no more chances to evaluates live-game action for most of the NBA Draft prospects hoping to make the professional leap this summer.<\/p>\n
The NBA mock draft will continue to shift over the coming months, with offseason workouts and final film breakdowns left to complete before the picks start rolling in. In the meantime, teams must also diagnose the areas they must fill needs.<\/p>\n
Entering the offseason, here is the latest projections for what the 2025 NBA Draft could look like, with all 59 selections based on current standings and team needs.<\/p>\n
The Washington Wizards are currently leading the race to the bottom, as teams await the NBA Draft lottery to determine which team will get the right to select Cooper Flagg. At this point in the process, his selection at No. 1 is a foregone conclusion for the team picking here.<\/p>\n

VJ Edgecombe provides the best positional fit with the young core, and provides the best chance at fixing the defensive problems.<\/p>\n The New Orleans Pelicans have been dragged down by injured and now look to reload before surging back toward a potential playoff spot in 2026. Tre Johnson would provide them the kind of scoring punch at guard which they have lacked recently alongside strong forward play.<\/p>\n The Philadelphia 76ers have seen one of the most disastrous season\u2019s in NBA history play out, with injury problems and bad offseason moves plaguing their result. Kasparas Jakucionis is an easy fit for a team which values positional size and length.<\/p>\n The San Antonio Spurs are building the best roster possible around young star Victor Wembanyama, who looks ready to lead a team to success whenever he gets the right teammates. Kon Knueppel is an easy fit in any system with his floor-spacing and experience beside a star.<\/p>\n Read more on Kon Knueppel here<\/a>.<\/em><\/p>\n The Houston Rockets have broken through as a contender in the NBA playoffs, but also hold draft capital to continue building their pipeline of young players. The ability to add a top center prospect like Khaman Maluach provides a great chance at landing quality depth for years to come.<\/p>\n The Portland Trail Blazers continue to sort their way through a rebuild, with signs of progress throughout the past season. The potential to add Asa Newell and get big offensive production at the forward spot could help round of the retool.<\/p>\n The Chicago Bulls have slowly started to transition from the old roster to some version of the future, and the next step is to reset the frontcourt. Derik Queen provides the kind of offensive firepower which can help carry a team if put in the right spots.<\/p>\n The Dallas Mavericks made a complete change to the franchise, moving on from Luka Doncic for Anthony Davis during the season. The chance to add a high-potential guard like Nolan Traore could help sure up the present and the future as Kyrie Irving recovers from injury.<\/p>\n The Atlanta Hawks have made it clear they plan to rebuild the roster around Trae Young with a particular group of players which fit their mold.
