Sunday\u2019s game between No. 11 Oregon and No. 8 Florida State. It was another down-to-the-wire affair that seemed like Deja Vu from Friday night\u2019s matchup. An Oregon pitcher threw a complete game shutout, low scoring action on both sides and it came down to the same distinguishing factor: Braiesey Rosa.<\/p>\n
On the third day of the Jane Sanders Classic, the Ducks once again came out victorious over the Seminoles. The lone run in the 1-0 win came off of an RBI single from Braiesey Rosa. The same hero in Oregon\u2019s 2-0 Friday win against Florida State.\u00a0<\/p>\n
It all came down to the fifth inning. Oregon\u2019s Kedre Luschar used her speed to bunt her way to first to start off the inning. Luschar then advanced to third after a single up the middle from Dezianna Patmon. With Luschar on third in scoring position, Rosa stepped into the batter\u2019s box.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The sophomore, who has been filling in at catcher for Emma Cox, delivered the game-winning RBI on a single to left field. This was only Rosa\u2019s fourth RBI of the season. Although the backup catcher has come up clutch in adverse situations for the Ducks.<\/p>\n
