Ahead of Super Bowl LIX, much of the discussion is about the future for star Kansas City tight end Travis Kelce<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Will he continue to play after this season or will he hang it up and move to the next stage in his life like his brother Jason Kelce<\/a><\/strong>? Either way he has a bright future.<\/p>\n

The NFL Network crew chimed in on Travis Kelce\u2019s next move on a broadcast ahead of the Super Bowl.<\/p>\n

\u201cLet\u2019s get to the news on Travis Kelce, the star tight end of the Kansas City Chiefs, one of the best tight ends to ever play in the NFL,\u201d Ian Rapoport<\/strong> said<\/a>. \u201cMy understanding is that there is a real possibility that this is the last time Travis Kelce plays football.\u201d<\/p>\n

If it is he\u2019ll have concluded one of the most remarkable careers in NFL history. Certainly for a tight end.<\/p>\n

In 11 seasons, all with Kansas City, Travis Kelce has logged 1,004 career catches for 12,151 yards and 77 touchdowns. He\u2019s been an absolute monster over the middle.<\/p>\n

But as for his next steps, Kelce is reportedly still in limbo.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m told he is undecided, guys, about his future,\u201d Rapoport said. \u201cGoing to take a little time after the game, assess where he is and then make a decision. I know Travis Kelce talked this week, said he can envision himself playing a lot of football. Says he has a lot of good football left.<\/p>\n

\u201cBut he is also a rare player who can actually make more off the field than on the field. He is set to make a decision soon but certainly has not made one yet.\u201d<\/p>\n

Whatever he decides, don\u2019t expect Travis Kelce to fade from the national spotlight any time soon. On top of dating music superstar Taylor Swift<\/strong>, Kelce is a key contributor on the New Heights<\/em> podcast with his brother Jason.<\/p>\n

And clearly America wants more Kelce, given the opportunities he\u2019s been granted.<\/p>\n

Whether on the field or off the field, expect Travis Kelce to remain a key presence in football going forward.<\/p>\n
