When it comes to the 2024 recruiting cycle, Georgia<\/a><\/strong> has once again been on a roll. Kirby Smart<\/a><\/strong> and staff have put together a class consisting of 19 pledges already<\/a> and currently sits as the No. 1 class in the country. <\/p>\n

The Bulldogs have hosted several of the nation\u2019s top recruits and last weekend was no exception as several more got to fully experience life with the back-to-back national champions.<\/p>\n

On the latest edition of the On3 Roundtable, Georgia recruiting insider Rusty Mansell explains who he thinks Georgia\u2019s most-important visitor last weekend was and why.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ll start with the biggest in Nyier Daniels<\/a><\/strong>, the 6-foot- 8, roughly 360-pound offensive tackle out of New Jersey,\u201d Mansell said. \u201cI think Georgia had a great visit with he and his family. He\u2019s going to be in Texas next weekend and I do think that\u2019s Georgia\u2019s biggest threat with him. You look at him and Stacy Seales, Fran Brown, you really can\u2019t count Georgia out with anyone with that New Jersey connection with Fran Brown being from that area. <\/p>\n

\u201cHe has done a great job for Georgia and they got Jordan Thomas<\/a><\/strong> out of New Jersey week. You look at Daniels Daniels and I think that is the guy that I feel like Georgia really made a strong impression on this weekend. We\u2019ll see if at a payoff in the long run, he ends up in his class.\u201d<\/p>\n

While they\u2019ve loaded up at several positions this cycle, one area Mansell that Georgia still has work to do on is the offensive line. <\/p>\n

The Bulldogs currently only have a pair offensive line pledges so far in three-star offensive tackles Marcus Harrison<\/a><\/strong> and Malachi Toliver<\/a><\/strong>. <\/p>\n

\u201cI know that they had a good 2023 class but this class, they really have to continue to add some bodies at offensive tackle and that starts with Daniels,\u201d Mansell said. \u201cGeorgia also hosted Jonathan Daniels<\/a><\/strong>, the other Daniels from Pensacola, Florida area, this past weekend. When you look at Georgia and what they\u2019re trying to do, I think they\u2019ve got some really good players on the board. <\/p>\n

\u201cThey\u2019ve got Marcus Harrison verbally committed and Malachi Toliver who I think will wind up probably moving to guard. You look at this position and Georgia really needs to add some tackles and they had some really large human beings on campus in June.\u201d<\/p>\n
