Ohio State<\/a><\/strong> has released its 2023-24 men\u2019s basketball non-conference schedule. The Buckeyes unveiled the slate of games<\/a> Tuesday afternoon.<\/p>\n

Ohio State will officially tip off the season Nov. 6 with a home game against Oakland<\/strong>. Other notable opponents include Texas A&M<\/a><\/strong> and West Virginia<\/a><\/strong>, as well as the Emerald Coast Classic, which includes Alabama<\/a><\/strong> and Oregon<\/a><\/strong>. The Buckeyes will also once again participate in the CBS Sports Classic in December along with Kentucky<\/a><\/strong>, UCLA<\/a><\/strong> and North Carolina<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis is the best and most challenging overall schedule we have put together in a few years,\u201d head coach Chris Holtmann said in a statement. \u201cWe have a preseason Top 15 opponent coming to the Schottenstein Center in the early part of the year, a couple of preseason Top 25 teams away from home and several good regional mid-major programs in the nonconference. This is all in addition to our tremendous home slate of\u00a0Big Ten opponents.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n
