Kentucky got a double-digit road win over Georgia in their last game, and the Cats will look to duplicate that same success when they take on Texas A&M in College Station.<\/p>\n

Texas A&M is 9-8 overall and 2-3 in the SEC to this point in the season. Before the year began, they were picked to finish 13th in the conference, but as it stands right now, they are currently tied for sixth in the conference. To be fair, it\u2019s early in conference play, but Texas A&M has proven that they can get wins against SEC competition.<\/p>\n
Perhaps their best win this season came on January 5th when Texas A&M upset then No. 25 Ole Miss, beating the Rebels 60-58 at home. It is worthy to note that they have suffered some bad losses to this point as well, including their season opener against Texas A&M Corpus Christi.<\/p>\n
Last season, Texas A&M went on the road and beat Kentucky 61-44 in Rupp Arena, but things could look very different this go around.<\/p>\n
If there\u2019s one thing to know about Texas A&M, it\u2019s that they are a very, very bad three-point shooting team. They sit dead last in the conference and 329th in the country in three-point percentage (24.6%). The Aggies have just one player who shoots north of 30% from deep, freshman guard Taliyah Parker (32.4%)<\/p>\n
Their leading scorer and arguably their best player is fifth-year senior Aicha Coulibaly, who averages 12.4 points, 5.1 rebounds and 2.1 assists per game. She had 14 points, eight rebounds and four assists against the Cats a year ago, and she is capable of putting up that type of stat line on Thursday too.<\/p>\n
Sahara Jones, a 6-foot fifth-year senior guard, averages 10.5 points and 6.9 rebounds in 28.2 minutes per contest, having the best year of her collegiate career. Texas A&M also has a much deeper rotation than Kentucky, with 10 players averaging at least 12 minutes of action per game.<\/p>\n
