Eliot was most recently the linebackers coach for the Philadelphia Eagles in 2023. <\/p>\n<p>Prior to that, he was also a defensive coordinator at <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.on3.com\/teams\/kentucky-wildcats\/\">Kentucky<\/a><\/strong>, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.on3.com\/college\/colorado-buffaloes\/\">Colorado<\/a><\/strong>, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.on3.com\/college\/kansas-jayhawks\/\">Kansas<\/a><\/strong> and <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.on3.com\/college\/temple-owls\/\">Temple<\/a><\/strong>.
