On offense, they have quarterback Dash Beierly<\/a> (Washington), wide receiver Chris Henry Jr.<\/a> (Ohio State), offensive tackle Kodi Greene<\/a> (Oregon), wide receiver Marcus Harris<\/a> (Oklahoma), interior offensive lineman Sione Tohi<\/a> (Arizona), and running back Jordon Davison<\/a> (Oregon).<\/p>\n They have cornerbacks Chuck McDonald<\/a> (Alabama) and Daryus Dixson<\/a> (Penn State) on the other side of the ball. They also have linebacker Nasir Wyatt<\/a> (Oregon), defensive lineman Tomuhini Topui<\/a> (Oregon), linebacker Abduall Sanders<\/a> (Alabama), and defensive lineman Semi Taulanga<\/a> (Utah).<\/p>\n\n The Panthers are the best team in Texas high school football, an esteemed distinction given the state\u2019s talent level. They are still in the running for the University Interscholastic League Conference 6A Division 1 State Championship, facing North Crowley in the semifinals.<\/p>\n Before the state tournament, Duncanville allowed only two teams to score at least 20 points twice. They also had a six-game winning streak during which their opponents scored single digits.<\/p>\n The Panthers have a talent-laden roster, starting with quarterback Keelon Russell<\/a> (Alabama) and wide receiver Dakorien Moore<\/a> (Oregon). They have two more shutout victories and limited Kahuku<\/a>, Hawaii\u2019s top team, to seven points. The Gaels have dominated the opponents because of offensive standouts Brandon Gaea<\/a> (Hawaii), Derek Meadows<\/a> (LSU), SJ Alofaituli<\/a> (Miami), Douglas Utu<\/a> (Oregon), Alai Kalaniuvalu<\/a> (BYU), and Alema Iosua<\/a> (Arizona State).<\/p>\n Meanwhile, Bishop Gorman has defensive stalwarts Jett Washington<\/a>, James Carrington<\/a>, Landon McComber<\/a> (Stanford), and Sione Motuapuaka<\/a> (Utah).<\/p>\n\n North Crowley remains undefeated after 14 games and has scored at least 56 points in 10 victories. Edge rusher Paxton Naegle<\/a> must also dictate the tempo on defense.<\/p>\n Meanwhile, Milton is 14-0 and will face Langston Hughes for the state championship. They owe that success to a solid offensive unit featuring quarterback Luke Nickel<\/a> (Miami), wide receiver CJ Wiley<\/a> (Georgia), and tight ends Ethan Barbour<\/a> (Georgia) and Ryan Ghea<\/a> (Auburn). Cornerbacks Tyler Redmond<\/a> and Dylan Lewis (Tennessee) and defensive lineman Caleb Bell (Arkansas) must slow down Archbishop Spalding\u2019s offense.<\/p>\n\n The Cavaliers are Maryland\u2019s top high school football team after winning 12 straight games, including eight shutout victories. Against the Braves, quarterback Malik Washington<\/a> (Maryland) must efficiently run Archbishop Spalding\u2019s offense. Meanwhile, Jayden Shipps<\/a> (Maryland), Alijah Jones<\/a> (Northwestern), Trent Gillis<\/a> (Navy), and Delmar White<\/a> (Maryland) must dictate the tempo on defense.<\/p>\n Meanwhile, the Braves lost to Mater Dei in the state title game, giving them two losses against the Monarchs this season. Other than those defeats, St. John Bosco has been excellent throughout the season at 11-2. The Braves offense benefits from having wide receivers Daniel Odom<\/a> and Christian Davis<\/a>. Meanwhile, edge rushers Epi Sitanilei<\/a> (UCLA) and Dutch Horisk<\/a> (Oregon) dictate the defensive tenacity.<\/p>\n\n The Crusaders are New Jersey high school football\u2019s top team, winning 12 consecutive games and the state championship after their season-opening loss to IMG Academy. They can win against the Trojans if quarterback Dominic Campanile<\/a> (Holy Cross) and wide receiver Quincy Porter<\/a> (Ohio State) connect throughout the game. Likewise, cornerback Naiim Parrish<\/a> (Minnesota) must neutralize the Panthers\u2019 top wideout.<\/p>\n Meanwhile, Carrollton hasn\u2019t had any scoring problems because they are tallying 42 points or more in ten of their last 11 games. That streak includes two instances of the Trojans scoring 63 points. Quarterback Julian Lewis<\/a> (Colorado) is a massive reason for their success in keeping drives going. Meanwhile, cornerbacks Dorian Barney<\/a> and safety Zelus Hicks<\/a> (Texas) have been exceptional on defense.<\/p>\n\n Buford tallied 12 consecutive victories before losing to Carrollton in the state championship semifinals. Wide receiver Jordan Allen<\/a> (Georgia Tech) and running back Justin Baker<\/a> (Tennessee) should be their main guys on offense.
