OU fans are solidly looking toward the 2025 season, but Team 130 has one more game coming up. The Sooners are bowl eligible for the 26th straight season.<\/p>\n
A lot of different choices being thrown out there. Here is a look at some of the projections being thrown around Sunday.<\/p>\n

Head coach Brent Venables<\/a> is ready to do whatever is necessary to get OU back on track in 2025 and beyond. His message after the loss to LSU.<\/p>\n \u201cI do know, without question, there are a bunch of guys on both sides of the ball that made improvement here this back-half of the season. We\u2019ve talked about that a lot. So to continue to do those things. We\u2019ll be practicing for the next several weeks with the idea that we\u2019re going to improve the football team fundamentally through hard work and going right back to work.\u00a0 Doing all the things we have to do to improve, a daily focus to get better.<\/p>\n \u201cFoundationally, a lot to be disappointed about. Disappointed about being 6-5 (6-6), that\u2019s far below our standards. We have a lot of work to do. And I gotta \u2013 once we get some of these big decisions and moments on our schedule out of the way \u2013 go back and take a look at every area of our program where we need to be better.
