This weekend, Quinn Ewers<\/a><\/strong> and Texas<\/a><\/strong> will renew one of college football\u2019s most storied rivalries as they head to Texas A&M<\/a><\/strong>. Ahead of the game, the Longhorns quarterback announced a new NIL<\/a> deal, which includes a line of ham jerky.<\/p>\n

Ewers is joining forces with Victory Snacks<\/strong>, debuting QB1 Jerky<\/a><\/strong>. It will come in three flavors \u2013 Tropical, Smokin\u2019 and Texas Heat \u2013 and pays homage to his position on the Texas depth chart as he goes through his final season in Austin.<\/p>\n

A percentage of QB1 Jerky proceeds will go toward other Texas athletes, who will also be part of marketing and promotion efforts. Football players Zina Umeozul<\/a><\/strong>, Trevor Goosby<\/a><\/strong> and Connor Robertson<\/a><\/strong> will also be involved, as will beach volleyball athletes Chloe Charles<\/strong>, Ava Patton<\/strong>, Presley Wright<\/strong>, Macey Butler<\/strong> and Carys Patton<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Victory Snacks is the latest notable partnership for Ewers, who\u2019s also the face of Dr Pepper\u2019s<\/strong> \u201cFansville<\/a>\u201d commercials this season and on the cover of EA Sports College Football 25<\/strong>. He also has NIL deals<\/a> with New Era<\/strong> and Hulu<\/a><\/strong>, as well as an agreement with Nicholas Air<\/a><\/strong> as part of his portfolio<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Quinn Ewers is in the midst of another impressive season in Austin as he looks to end his college career on a high note. Despite missing time with an injury, he still has completed 68% of his passes for 2,089 yards and a career-high 23 touchdowns to help Texas to a 10-1 record. The Longhorns came in at No. 3 in the latest College Football Playoff<\/a><\/strong> rankings<\/a> and the No. 2 seed in the projected 12-team bracket<\/a>.<\/p>\n
