Acworth (Ga.) North Cobb<\/a><\/strong> offensive tackle Brandon Anderson<\/a><\/strong> has committed to Tennessee<\/a><\/strong>. He had a commitment date set in December, but after visiting Knoxville on Saturday for the Vols 24-17 win over Alabama<\/a><\/strong> in front of over 100,000 fans, Anderson couldn\u2019t wait that long. <\/p>\n

\u201cI committed to Tennessee on Saturday,\u201d Anderson told On3. \u201cThey showed a lot of love and the talks they had with my mom showed me a lot. That is why I went ahead and committed.\u201d<\/p>\n

Over 20 schools have offered Anderson. Alabama, Georgia<\/a><\/strong>, Georgia Tech<\/a><\/strong>, Miami<\/a><\/strong> and others were on his offer list, but since the Vols offered in April, they have been the top school. <\/p>\n

\u201cTennessee has led from the start. Since they offered, they were No. 1 on my list. I committed because of the coaches and the team. They recruited me hard, they made me feel at home and I can go there and win a ring.\u201d<\/p>\n

And the 6-foot-5, 320-pound junior can go play in front of an electric crown. Tennessee is known for their fan support and Anderson saw it first hand against Florida last week, then Alabama this weekend. <\/p>\n

\u201cThe love from the fans stands out,\u201d Anderson said. \u201cIn their win over Alabama, the play by the offensive line, the coaching and the noise stood out. It was amazing. Tennessee has one of the best atmospheres in the country.\u201d<\/p>\n

Anderson has a great connection with offensive line coach Glen Elarbee<\/a><\/strong> and he is excited to work with him in the future. <\/p>\n

\u201cCoach Elarbee loves me,\u201d Anderson said in a recent interview with VolQuest<\/a><\/strong>. \u201cHe loves talking with me. \u201cI text with him every day. I talk to him once or twice a week.\u201d<\/p>\n
