Chris Cenac<\/a><\/strong>, a Five-Star Plus+ power forward in the 2025 class, has narrowed his list of schools to seven. Moving forward, the 6-foot-10 senior out of Link Academy (MO) will consider Arkansas<\/a><\/strong>, Auburn<\/a><\/strong>, Baylor<\/a><\/strong>, Houston<\/a><\/strong>, Kentucky<\/a><\/strong>, LSU<\/a><\/strong>, and Tennessee<\/a><\/strong>. <\/p>\n

The New Orleans native has completed official visits to Houston, Auburn, Tennessee, and Kentucky. <\/p>\n

He previously considered programs like UConn, Alabama, Louisville, Texas, and Michigan State. <\/p>\n

Cenac says there is a possibility that he will make a college decision by the end of November, but that is subject to change. <\/p>\n

Cenac is the No. 7 overall recruit in the 2025 cycle, according to the\u00a0On3 Industry Rankings<\/a><\/strong>. He\u2019s also the No. 4 power forward prospect. The On3 Industry Ranking is a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.<\/p>\n

What he\u2019s looking for in a school<\/h2>\n

In a previous interview with On3, Chris Cenac noted what he is looking for in his future college program.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m looking for a school that will develop me the most and help me get to the next level,\u201d he told Shaw. \u201cI\u2019ll want to have a great relationship with the coaches, trust there. And I\u2019ll want to be looking for an NBA type system, spreading the floor, playing four or five out. I\u2019m open to any school around the country really, location won\u2019t matter.\u201d<\/p>\n

Scouting Report<\/h2>\n

\u201cChris Cenac has a great frame. It is projectable with long arms and natural fluidity. Cenac has good touch with good hands. He is a threat to step out and knock down a shot with his feet set. He needs to continue working on his balance and feet on the shot, but the release is consistent. Cenac is an excellent area rebounder. Making a concerted effort to high point and secure every board. He still needs strength, especially to his core and base. There is defensive upside. Cenac has a fluidity when he moves. He can open his hips and slide his feet. He also has natural timing around the rim. Now it is all about learning the angles, rotations, and footwork on that end. There is a high ceiling with Cenac as a lot of his tools translate to the highest levels of basketball. It is all about reps and development. He is still on the younger end for his 2025 class.\u201d \u2013 On3\u2019s Jamie Shaw<\/p>\n
