Dallas Cowboys linebacker Micah Parsons<\/a><\/strong> was visibly frustrated on the sidelines Sunday during an eventual 28-25 loss to the Ravens. Cameras captured him arguing with veteran DeMarcus Lawrence<\/a><\/strong> as Marshawn Kneeland<\/a><\/strong> attempted to calm him down. <\/p>\n

It\u2019s not a sight fans want to see as the team has struggled early on this season, especially defensively. Parsons didn\u2019t appear to have cooled off much postgame, as he called out his teammates to the media.<\/p>\n

\u201cSame thing,\u201d he told reporters when asked what happened in the loss<\/a>. \u201cRight now, we just got people trying to be Superman. People just gotta own their jobs. We don\u2019t need any Supermans. We just need 11 guys playing together.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Cowboys gave up 274 yards rushing and three touchdowns on the ground Sunday as they were hapless to stop Derrick Henry<\/a><\/strong> and Lamar Jackson<\/a><\/strong>. It marked the second straight loss as the defense also allowed four rushing touchdowns last week in a 44-19 loss to the Saints. <\/p>\n

Unfortunately, Micah Parsons wasn\u2019t the only Cowboys player to be seen yelling at his teammates in Sunday\u2019s loss. Cameras also caught<\/a><\/strong> receiver CeeDee Lamb<\/a><\/strong> in an argument with quarterback Dak Prescott<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s the type of locker room dysfunction you never want to see this early on in the season. The Cowboys have received their fair share of criticism over the years for failing to deliver in the postseason, but had still managed to win 12 games each of the past three seasons. <\/p>\n

However, the early losses combined with the behavior from both Lamb and Parsons \u2014 who are two of the team\u2019s biggest stars \u2014 puts their playoff hopes in serious doubt. <\/p>\n

It\u2019s still early and the issues are fixable, but the team has to get on the same page. Dallas won\u2019t have long to work on things before its next game, as it has a quick turnaround to face the New York Giants on Thursday Night Football in Week 4. <\/p>\n
