As the clock ticked down to zero \u2014 and even read zero \u2014 the Buffaloes appeared to be heading to 0-1 in conference play. One last heave from <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.on3.com\/db\/shedeur-sanders-107068\/\">Shedeur Sanders<\/a><\/strong> was all they had after <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.on3.com\/db\/will-sheppard-121041\/\">Will Sheppard<\/a><\/strong> dropped what could have been the game-tying touchdown.<\/p>\n<p>Sanders went back to the left side of the field and launched one into the endzone. Somehow, he connected with wide receiver <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.on3.com\/db\/lajohntay-wester-237218\/\">LaJohntay Wester<\/a><\/strong> to put Colorado within an extra point of tying the guy. An incredible play from Sanders and Wester, sending Folsom Field into a frenzy.<\/p>\n<p>Despite Baylor\u2019s best attempt to freeze Colorado on the PAT, the kick went through the uprights.
