Eight Notre Dame commits recognized as top high school football players in Great Lakes Region<\/h2>\n

MaxPreps national high school sports reporter\u00a0Eric Frantz<\/strong>\u00a0released this year\u2019s\u00a0preseason All-Great Lakes Football Teams<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0on Wednesday. Notre Dame football\u2019s verbal commits and recruiting targets were well represented.<\/p>\n

Frantz recognized all eight Fighting Irish\u2019s 2025 class pledges from Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. Players from Michigan, Minnesota and New York were also included.<\/p>\n

Four Notre Dame commits earned first-team nods, giving\u00a0Marcus Freeman\u2019s<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0program the second most commits listed. Ohio State had the most first-team commits featured with five.<\/p>\n

Nineteen Irish recruiting targets, including Fort Wayne (Ind.) Snider three-star safety\u00a0Brandon Logan<\/a><\/strong>, Notre Dame\u2019s last remaining publicized 2025 target in the region, were also highlighted.<\/p>\n
