As camp season winds down, all attention is focused on official visits. It\u2019s closing time for the Cats. Who will they lock up? Dawayne Galloway<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n First, the bad news. Following an official visit to Purdue, On3\u2019s Steve Wiltfong logged a prediction for the Boilermakers to land the four-star cornerback from Columbus. His older cousin is Tayvion Galloway<\/a><\/strong>, a four-star tight end who signed with Purdue in December. Galloway is one of the top defensive backs on Kentucky\u2019s big board and is set to take an official visit to Lexington next week.<\/p>\n For a while, it looked like Ohio State or Penn State were the Wildcats\u2019 biggest threat. Now Purdue has all of the momentum. Kentucky has to make a big move late to prevent Ryan Walters from snagging another four-star cornerback from Ohio (Koy Beasley<\/a><\/strong> in 2024). <\/p>\n Montavin Quisenberry<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n The slot receiver from Boyle County has been on Kentucky\u2019s radar for years. It always felt like one day he would commit to Kentucky. I got that feeling once again when he camped during an unofficial visit to Lexington on Monday. There are questions about Quisenberry\u2019s size, but he fits the culture the Cats are trying to cultivate in the wide receiver room. <\/p>\n Javeon Campbell<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n He hasn\u2019t played football for long, but the 6-foot-5, 260-pound defensive lineman is already the No. 135 player in America. The biggest names in the sport are pursuing the impressive athlete from Frankfort. He\u2019s already officially visited Ohio State and is currently at Auburn, but it\u2019s going to be a challenge to pull him away from his Old Kentucky Home. Summer school is back in session and for about a dozen of the Wildcats \u2014 like RB Tovani Mizzell<\/a><\/strong>, who arrived in Lexington on Sunday \u2014 it\u2019s their first time ever stepping foot inside of a college classroom. It can be a bit overwhelming and also an enjoyable experience.
