QE has reached the point in his career where he\u2019s coaching people up on what they\u2019re supposed to do in certain situations and based on what looks they\u2019re getting. <\/p>\n \u2013 \u201cThis was the best Week 1 of Sark\u2019s tenure.\u201d That\u2019s exactly how you dial it up, though it doesn\u2019t always work that way. Sark\u2019s incremental program build continues apace. <\/p>\n \u2013 Guys came back in shape. \u201cBy now everyone understands Becton is going to run them to death during the Summer. I\u2019d bet the players ran more in May than they lifted.\u201d <\/p>\n \u2013 Fridays are the most demanding with all the running. They do 110s, gassers, and agility drills.
