ESPN\u00a0and\u00a0Omaha Productions on Wednesday released a quick teaser for their upcoming documentary featuring South Carolina center Kamilla Cardoso<\/a><\/strong> as one of three women\u2019s basketball stars their production team followed throughout the 2023-24 season.<\/p>\n

The four-part docuseries called Full Court Press<\/em>, which will debut with two episodes on May 11, will follow Cardoso, Iowa\u2019s Caitlin Clark<\/a><\/strong>, and UCLA\u2019s Kiki Rice<\/a><\/strong> with never-before-seen footage from the most exciting season in the history of women\u2019s college basketball including the Gamecocks\u2019 38-0 march to the program\u2019s third national championship, all under the tutelage of Dawn Staley.<\/p>\n

From ESPN\u2019s initial release on the project:<\/p>\n

Full Court Press\u00a0has been embedded with these three players throughout this record-breaking season, capturing key moments such as Kamilla Cardoso\u2019s game-winning three-pointer to send South Carolina to the SEC Championship; documenting Kiki Rice\u2019s experiences as the first college athlete, male or female, to have an NIL deal with Jordan brand; and filming the lead up to Caitlin Clark passing Kelsey Plum as the all-time leading scorer in NCAA women\u2019s basketball and\u00a0passing Pete Maravich as the all-time leading scorer in the history of NCAA collegiate basketball in her final year at Iowa.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

The show will take audiences from Paris to Brazil, from sold out arenas in Baton Rouge to Iowa City for the biggest matchups, all to give fans a window into this unique moment in the history of the sport<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Following its initial linear broadcast on ABC, with Episodes 1 & 2 airing\u00a0on Saturday, May 11th at 1pm ET\u00a0and Episodes 3 & 4 airing\u00a0on Sunday, May 12th at 12:30pm ET, all episodes will be immediately available to stream on ESPN+.<\/p>\n
