Notre Dame won\u2019t have its full allotment of assistant coaches on the road Friday, as the staff is expected to be on the trail in full force next week. A few coaches are headed home from Wednesday and Thursday travels, while some others stay out for one more day.<\/p>\n
Here is where the Fighting Irish staff is expected to be on Friday, according to\u00a0Blue & Gold<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>sources:<\/p>\n \u2014 Notre Dame quarterbacks coach Gino Guidugli<\/a><\/strong> leads the Irish\u2019s area recruiting efforts in Chicago. He saw a couple young quarterbacks in the area Thursday and that\u2019s where he remains Friday.<\/p>\n \u2014 Irish wide receivers coach Mike Brown <\/a><\/strong>was in Las Vegas yesterday to see top 2025 target Derek Meadows<\/a><\/strong>, and for today, he\u2019s expected out in the Golden State to check in on top 2026 prospects. <\/p>\n The Irish were unable to land 2024 wide receiver Emmett Mosley<\/a><\/strong> \u2014 a double Notre Dame legacy \u2014 but the staff has an offer out to his younger brother, and Brown is expected to see 2026 recruit Trent Mosley<\/a><\/strong> out of Rancho Santa Margarita (Calif.) Catholic. Mosley added an offer from the Irish him way back in June 2022.<\/p>\n Brown will continue to make the rounds at top high schools in Southern California to see notable prospects. He\u2019ll get a look at the nation\u2019s No. 1 \u201cathlete\u201d in the 2026 class \u2014 Brandon Arrington<\/a><\/strong> out of La Mesa (Calif.) Mount Miguel. Arrington was a Pot of Gold offer for the staff.<\/p>\n The Irish offered Bellflower (Calif.) St. John Bosco\u2019s Madden Williams<\/a><\/strong>, the No. 282 overall prospect and No. 24 \u201cathlete\u201d per the 2026 On3 Industry Ranking, last May. Brown is expected to drop by the high school that produced Irish freshman Kyngstonn Viliamu-Asa<\/a><\/strong> today.<\/p>\n Los Alamitos (Calif.) High\u2019s Ja\u2019Myron Baker<\/a><\/strong>, a USC commit who ranks as the nation\u2019s No. 331 overall prospect in the 2026 class, has yet to announce an offer from the Fighting Irish, but it would come as little surprise if he did following Brown\u2019s expected visit to his school Friday.<\/p>\n \u2014 Notre Dame offensive line coach Joe Rudolph<\/a><\/strong> is expected to drop in at Davison (Mich.) High, home of Ben Nichols<\/a><\/strong>, the nation\u2019s No. 254 overall prospect and No. 18 interior lineman per he 2026 On3 Industry Ranking. Nichols added an offer from the Irish staff last month for Pot of Gold day, and Blue & Gold considers him a Notre Dame lean.<\/p>\n \u2014 We\u2019re told that cornerbacks coach Mike Mickens<\/a><\/strong> will be out in Phoenix to stop by Brophy Prep to meet with Irish commit Cree Thomas<\/a><\/strong>, the No. 386 overall recruit and No. 35 cornerback nationally per the 2025 On3 Industry Ranking. The four-star prospect is rock solid with his Notre Dame pledge that he gave last fall.<\/p>\n \u2014 Here\u2019s an interesting one \u2014 Notre Dame offensive coordinator Mike Denbrock<\/a><\/strong> brought Trent Miles<\/a><\/strong> \u2014 an analyst who formerly served as Indiana State\u2019s and Georgia State\u2019s head coach \u2014 with him from LSU.
