River Rouge (Mich.) four-star wide receiver\u00a0Nick Marsh<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0is visiting\u00a0Penn State<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0on April 7. He announced the news Thursday night over Twitter.<\/p>\n

Marsh is the No. 71 overall prospect and No. 14 wide receiver in the 2024 cycle, according to the\u00a0On3 Industry Ranking<\/strong><\/a>, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He is also the No. 3 player in Michigan.<\/p>\n

The 6-foot-3, 200-pound wideout was previously committed to\u00a0Michigan State<\/a><\/strong>. He backed off his pledge to the Spartans on March 7.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Penn State\u2019s 2024 recruiting class<\/a> currently contains six players. The Nittany Lions\u2019 group ranks No. 15 in the 2024 On3 Industry Team Recruiting Rankings<\/a><\/strong> and No. 3 in the Big Ten<\/a><\/strong>. <\/p>\n

Jacksonville (Fla.) Mandarin four-star cornerback Jon Mitchell<\/a><\/strong> is the most recent recruit to choose Penn State, committing to head coach James Franklin<\/a><\/strong> and his staff on April 1. The Nittany Lions also have pledges from Erie (Penn.) McDowell four-star interior offensive lineman Cooper Cousins<\/a><\/strong>, Pittsburgh (Penn.) Central Catholic four-star linebacker\u00a0Anthony Speca<\/a><\/strong>, Bloomfield Hills (Mich.) West Bloomfield three-star linebacker\u00a0Kari Jackson<\/a><\/strong>, Philadelphia (Penn.) Imhotep Institute three-star cornerback\u00a0Kenny Woseley<\/a><\/strong> and Cheshire (Conn.) Cheshire Academy three-star tight end\u00a0Luke Reynolds<\/a><\/strong>. <\/p>\n

Marsh is looking at programs across the country <\/h2>\n

Last weekend, Marsh visited Tennessee<\/a><\/strong>. Meanwhile, he went to Auburn<\/a><\/strong> on March 25 and has already set an official visit back to the Tigers for the weekend of June 17.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cI definitely want to get back down there,\u201d Marsh told Jeffrey Lee of Auburn Live<\/a>\u00a0on March 29. \u201cAuburn seems like a really good place to be. I wanted to make sure I get to go back and get the full experience.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cIt was really good,\u201d he added about the visit. \u201cI enjoyed the campus and everything. The facilities were a very good site to see. And I liked getting to talk to the coaches on a personal level.\u201d <\/p>\n

Miami<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0is one school that offered the four-star following his decommitment from Michigan State. He was \u201cpretty excited\u201d to receive it and is interested in the Hurricanes going forward.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cI thought it was a really great area,\u201d\u00a0Marsh told Stephen Wagner of CaneSport<\/a>\u00a0about his last visit to Coral Gables \u201cGreat area, it was pretty hot down there. There was a lot about Miami (standing) out, just the trees and the weather and the campus had a lot going on, so there was good energy. It was a pretty good vibe when I was there.\u201d<\/p>\n
