Memberships have their privileges, especially when it comes to NIL<\/a> at Oklahoma State<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

As part of NIL deals<\/a> with Oklahoma State-focused Pokes With A Purpose<\/a><\/strong> collective<\/a>, 10 Cowboy basketball players entered into a partnership with Wilson Cadillac<\/strong> that allows them to drive vehicles during the fall and spring.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s certainly a rewarding situation for many of Oklahoma State\u2019s top returning and incoming basketball players. Included in the partnership are: Isaiah Miranda<\/a><\/strong>, Connor Dow<\/a><\/strong>, Jarius Hicklen<\/a><\/strong>, Justin McBride<\/a><\/strong>, Jamyron Keller<\/a><\/strong>, Eric Dailey<\/a><\/strong>, Quion Williams<\/a><\/strong>, Brandon Garrison<\/strong><\/a>, Mike Marsh<\/a><\/strong> and Javon Small<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Most of the players involved are part of Oklahoma State\u2019s incoming 2023 recruiting class<\/a> that ranked 17th<\/a> in the nation. As four-star recruits, Garrison and Dailey were both ranked in the nation\u2019s top 60, according to the On3 Industry Ranking.<\/p>\n

Pokes With A Purpose has strong Oklahoma State ties<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Pokes With A Purpose launched in 2022 and it quickly absorbed fellow Oklahoma State-focused collective Unbridled NIL<\/strong>. Throughout 2022, the collective built strong ties with the Oklahoma State athletic department and the Stillwater community. During that time, Pokes With A Purpose also created unique bonds with numerous businesses in Oklahoma \u2013 including Wilson Cadillac.<\/p>\n

\u201cAaron Wilson<\/strong> and his family of dealerships are loyal and true Oklahoma State athletics supporters and great friends of Pokes With A Purpose,\u201d Pokes with a Purpose executive director David Downing told On3. \u201cThey\u2019ve facilitated more than 30 NIL vehicle arrangements for OSU athletes.\u201d<\/p>\n

Now the collective has firmly established itself as one of the strongest in the Big 12. Plus, its support of top nonprofits \u2013 such as Our Daily Bread<\/strong>, Turning Point<\/strong> and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Oklahoma<\/strong> \u2013 has generated a lot of headlines. <\/p>\n

\u201cOur purpose is to do NIL the right way,\u201d the collective says. \u201cWe strictly adhere to the interim NIL policy provisions of the NCAA as well as work very closely with OSU Administration, OSU athletic department and compliance.\u201d<\/p>\n
