USC has dished out a new offer in the 2025 class. This one goes out to Paducah (KY) Tilghman four-star safety\u00a0Martels Carter<\/a><\/strong>. <\/p>\n

Carter is the No. 134 overall prospect and No. 12 safety in the 2025 cycle, according to the\u00a0On3 Industry Ranking<\/strong><\/a>, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.\u00a0He is also the No. 1 player in Kentucky.<\/p>\n

Carter now holds offers from USC, Ole Miss, Florida, Clemson, Alabama, Oregon, Oklahoma, Nebraska, Michigan, Miami, Texas A&M, Florida State, Auburn, and others. <\/p>\n

On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine on Carter<\/h2>\n

The 6-foot, 185-pound defensive back holds 37 offers. According to the\u00a0On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine<\/a><\/strong>, Ole Miss has the early lead to land a commitment from Carter at 26.6%. Florida comes in at a close second place at 15.8% odds.\u00a0<\/p>\n

RPM was released to the public in December 2021. The On3 engineering group teamed up with\u00a0Spiny.ai<\/a>\u00a0to create the industry\u2019s first algorithm and machine learning-based product to predict where athletes will attend college.<\/p>\n

It factors in machine learning, social sentiment, visits and historical trends. However, expert predictions are still a big piece of the RPM equation.<\/a><\/p>\n

USC\u2019s 2025 class<\/h2>\n

USC holds one commitment in the 2025 class in Oxford (Ala.) Thompson four-star safety\u00a0Anquon Fegans<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Fegans is the No. 30 overall prospect and No. 2 safety in the 2025 cycle, according to the\u00a0On3 Industry Ranking<\/a><\/strong>, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He is also ranked as the No. 4 player in Alabama.<\/p>\n

USC is not officially ranked in the 2025 Industry Ranking Football Team Recruiting Rankings due to lack of commitments, but already has the third highest recruiting score with just Fegans in the class. The Trojans are behind only Georgia and Alabama.<\/p>\n

USC currently sits at No. 1 in the 2025 class in average prospect rating with an average of 95.01. Coming in at second place is Ohio State with an average rating of 94.37.<\/p>\n
