*** We are a few days out on five-star defensive lineman Williams Nwaneri<\/a><\/strong>\u2019s decision and I would pick Missouri at this point. I know Georgia, Oklahoma and Tennessee have continued to recruit him and rightfully so. He is elite. But everything from my end leads me to the home state Tigers. I will continue to check on this over the next 48 hours. <\/p>\n *** I\u2019ve kind of laughed through the years as people reported on camps and off-seasons. Everyone has optimism and that\u2019s understandable. You see \u201cseniors have bought in\u201d and \u201cbest off-season we have ever had.\u201d Based on my 13 years in the business, you\u2019re going to see stuff like that every single offseason. But I will say this much about Georgia, I have had two different sources tell me this is Kirby Smart\u2019s best team in terms of connection and attitude. I was told that not one player has been late for curfew except for one starter, one time. I\u2019m told that after a search by the support staff, they found that player cleaning the locker room at 10pm by himself because he felt it did not meet the standard. I am told that not one player has overslept or has been late to a meeting so far in camp. That\u2019s something that usually happens from time to time when you\u2019re dealing with guys this age but it hasn\u2019t yet. To my knowledge, that\u2019s a first under Smart. <\/p>\n *** I was also told that a very high profile player walked up to a student manager on Monday and handed him a box of brand new Nike shoes and Jordans. He told the manager that he was part of the team and he wanted him to \u201chave some kicks like us.\u201d As far as I know the player and the manager barely knew each other. That was impressive to hear..<\/p>\n All of that may not mean a thing.
