Tennessee Vols linebacker target Chris Cole <\/a><\/strong>has announced his six finalist ahead of a September 10th commitment date. He revealed the news on social media earlier today. <\/p>\n

The standout linebacker was recently on Tennessee\u2019s campus on July 29th as the Vols hosted their final recruiting event of the summer.<\/p>\n

He has built a strong bond with Tennessee Inside Linebackers Coach Brian Jean Mary.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt was a super exciting visit. I was able to hang out with the coaches, the head coach, Coach BJ (Brian Jean-Mary) and their families. We talked a lot about how they would use me on defense,\u201d Cole told Volquest.<\/p>\n

He was also able to learn more about his fit into the scheme.<\/p>\n

\u201cThey talked about using me as a WILL where I could blitz and play in space. They like my length, I\u2019m super long and fast so I\u2019ll be able to play on the edge but also play in the box too.<\/p>\n

The On3 RPM favors Georgia heavily at this stage of the recruitment. However, Miami and Tennessee, along with the others are continuing to pursue the elite prospect heavily.<\/p>\n
