Sanders only has one year of eligibility remaining and is one of the most experienced signal-callers returning in all of college football with over 40 starts under his belt. Howard is a one-time four-star and Top 50 prospect oozing with upside and potential.<\/p>\n<p>But Dart, despite it all, has seemingly been unfazed.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe have a lot of leaders on this team, and it\u2019s really cool to have a lot of these transfers because a lot of them are vets,\u201d Dart <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.on3.com\/teams\/ole-miss-rebels\/news\/jaxson-dart-ole-miss-needs-to-create-a-great-culture-to-have-success-in-2023\/\">recently told the Ole Miss Spirit<\/a><\/strong>. \u201cThey\u2019re only here for one year. There\u2019s not a lot of time for us to mesh in that stuff, so we got to get that done quickly, and that\u2019s been a huge point of focus for us.\u201d<\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<span class=\"A3uCI7MZpyDH9fxgR4WVwlTibmPKGtBSo1v2OeEkJ6aUNns\"><a href=\"https:\/\/soundcloud.com\/user-75241144\/tre-harris-gets-real-about-the-ole-miss-qbs-his-transfer-journey-and-more?si=6d2e2e1fb7c8451995b2be2c2d7281a0&amp;utm_source=clipboard&amp;utm_medium=text&amp;utm_campaign=social_sharing\">Tre Harris gets real about the Ole Miss QBs, his transfer journey and more by Talk of Champions<\/a><\/span>\n<\/div>\n<h2>Dart didn\u2019t turn the ball over all spring. <\/h2>\n<p>But his production extends far beyond the field, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.on3.com\/teams\/ole-miss-rebels\/news\/spirit-spotlight-ole-miss-tre-harris-gets-real-about-the-rebel-qbs-his-transfer-journey-and-more\/\">as detailed by first-year Ole Miss wide receiver Tre Harris<\/a><\/strong>. <\/p>\n<p>Harris this week <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/soundcloud.com\/user-75241144\/tre-harris-gets-real-about-the-ole-miss-qbs-his-transfer-journey-and-more?si=6d2e2e1fb7c8451995b2be2c2d7281a0&amp;utm_source=clipboard&amp;utm_medium=text&amp;utm_campaign=social_sharing\">sat down with the Ole Miss Spirit<\/a><\/strong> and broke down each of the three Rebel QBs, among other topics. Harris last winter transferred in from Louisiana Tech, where he had 65 receptions for 935 yards and 10 touchdowns a year ago. He was named a first-team All-Conference USA selection.\u00a0He also earned honorable mention all-league honors in 2021.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEach guy, I feel like, brings something different to the (table), for sure,\u201d Harris said. \u201cEverybody loves Jaxson; I can tell you that right now. He knows his receivers so well and everybody\u2019s so connected with him well. The chemistry is 100 with him.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe knows how to lead the team, and he\u2019s willing to do things most guys aren\u2019t willing to do. He\u2019s definitely going to be one of those guys who\u2019s going to be up with you. That\u2019s one of the biggest things I\u2019ve seen from him \u2014 just the way he can switch gears from looking through his progressions to, \u2018Boom, OK, nothing\u2019s open, I\u2019m going straight for the first down.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.on3.com\/teams\/ole-miss-rebels\/news\/lsu-transfer-walker-howard-likes-the-competition-in-the-ole-miss-quarterback-room\/\">Walker\u2019s a natural-born leader<\/a><\/strong>. That\u2019s one thing I really realized whenever I first really met him out here. He can lead guys. He\u2019s not just saying, \u2018Hey, do this, do that.\u2019 It\u2019s life in general. He\u2019s a natural-born leader (and) can tell guys what to do in this certain situation and how to act in this situation. And he\u2019s not afraid to get on you. Seeing that in a younger guy is huge, I feel like. Not a lot of young guys are going to come up to you, especially an older guy, and be like, \u2018Hey, you didn\u2019t run this route right.
