Welcome back to the fourth edition of the Ultimate 25. The Ducks have hit a heater since the debut of the Ultimate 25 at the end of March. They now have 20 verbal commits in the 2024 class.<\/p>\n
With the run of commitments to Oregon and other places, it\u2019s given me the chance to update this list and add\/remove names. This time we have a few changes with some of that same movement.<\/p>\n
If any of you aren\u2019t sure what this list is about, I will add the details below once again. If you are already a Jhop\u2019s Ultimate 25 veteran, skip over it and head to the list.<\/p>\n
For those that don\u2019t know, the original ScoopDuck, AKA ScoopDuck OG, had a tab that kept the top 25 names on a list. I called it Jhop\u2019s Ultimate 25, which I felt was a fitting name.<\/p>\n
The list was 25 recruits in that current recruiting class that I felt are the top names to watch. Not a next to commit. Not a list of predictions. It is really a list I blend together with the names I feel Oregon has prioritized early on and has a LEGITIMATE shot at signing. Which means I don\u2019t just go down the rankings and list the top 3 guys at each position group.<\/p>\n
Additionally, if a recruit commits to Oregon, they come off the list. And often times, the list has a pretty high success rate. Also if a recruit commits elsewhere and shuts down their recruitment, they will likely be pulled off the list, but not always.<\/p>\n
What I typically try and do is get at least a name or two in each position but it comes together based on need. For instance, Oregon has two QB commits in this class so I won\u2019t be listing any names. <\/p>\n

Perhaps they\u2019ll entertain the transfer portal down the line, but nothing until after this season concludes if they do at all.<\/p>\n Current Commits: <\/em>Da\u2019Jaun Riggs<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n 4-Star\u00a0Jason Brown<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n 4-star\u00a0Nathaniel Frazier<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n Analysis:\u00a0<\/strong>This list has had the same two names on all three lists now. This will be the first time we have updated this list with Riggs committed. As we know Oregon could sign a second running back and I still believe it could be Brown or Frazier. But they could also sign neither and be just fine too.<\/p>\n Current Commits:<\/em>\u00a0Jordan Anderson<\/a><\/strong>,\u00a0Dillon Gresham<\/a><\/strong>, Jack Ressler<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n 4-Star\u00a0Jeremiah McClellan<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n 4-Star Gatlin Bair<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n Analysis: <\/strong>Some changes here. Denmark is off the list and Ressler is added in this update. While Gatlin Bair has been a top target for a long-time, we finally have room to really add him to the list for the first time. I\u2019ve hesitated mostly due to the fact he\u2019s going to ultimately be a 2026 after his mission, but we have room now.<\/p>\n Current Commits:<\/em>\u00a0AJ Pugliano<\/a><\/strong>,\u00a0Jackson Ford<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n 4-Star\u00a0Roger Saleapaga<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n U\/R Kade Caton<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n Analysis:<\/strong>\u00a0Not a ton to add here really. Swanson comes off the board following his commitment to BYU. Oregon made a recent offer to Caton but with room getting tight we\u2019ll see how that one plays out. Oregon has kept the door open to taking a third tight end in this class. <\/p>\n Current Commits:<\/em>\u00a0Fox Crader<\/a><\/strong>,\u00a0Trent Ferguson<\/a><\/strong>, Jac\u2019Qawn Mcroy<\/a><\/strong>, Devin Brooks<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n 4-Star\u00a0Brandon Baker<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n 4-Star\u00a0Preston Taumua<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n 4-Star\u00a0Isaiah Garcia<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n 4-Star Eddy Pierre-Louis<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n 4-Star Isendre Ahfua<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n Analysis:<\/strong>\u00a0Well some big changes here. Oregon adds McRoy and Brooks from targets to commit list. And even though Taumua decides soon and is trending Nebraska and Garcia is trending Stanford, I\u2019m going to leave them. As you can see in a rare instance, I left Elijah Rushing on this list despite his commitment to Arizona. Call it a feel, call it what you want, I had room so I left him. I added Ross, Williams, Omeozulu and Simmons as well. I added David Stone as well even though it is a bit of a long shot. It\u2019s clear Oregon has some work to do at this position group. <\/p>\n Current Commits: <\/em>Dylan Williams<\/a><\/strong>, Kamar Mothudi<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n 5-Star\u00a0Justin Williams<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n 4-Star\u00a0Brayden Platt<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n Analysis:<\/strong> We move Dylan Williams and Mothudi from the target list to the commit list. Which has narrowed down the options at the position. <\/p>\n Current Commits:\u00a0Ify Obidwegu,<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0Aaron Flowers<\/a><\/strong>, Kingston Lopa<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n JUCO Sione Laulea<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n 4-Star Aaron Scott<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n 5-Star Peyton Woodyard<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n Analysis:\u00a0<\/strong>I know Scott is trending towards Ohio State but I\u2019ve got the room. Again we\u2019re at a spot where the Ducks might have room for roughly a half-dozen more to add to this commit list.
