WATCH: Walk-off wild pitch sends Texas past Texas Tech

Texas baseball picked up a big series win against Texas Tech on Saturday, and the Longhorns did it in thrilling fashion. A walk-off wild pitch sent them to victory.
The sequence leading up to the play was interesting. It started with a double from Porter Brown, and he advanced to third base on a balk by Texas Tech pitcher Andrew Devine. Then, Devine’s pitch got past catcher Dylan Maxcey, allowing Brown to score and give the Longhorns the 6-5 victory.
With the win, Texas won the three-game series and has a chance to sweep the Red Raiders on Sunday.
The Longhorns are now 17-7 this season — including a 2-0 record in Big 12 play — and in the midst of a 13-game winning streak entering the final game of the series against Texas Tech.
