WATCH: Kentucky defense (and Brock Vandagriff) preview Southern Miss
The preseason is finally over. Kentucky is now ready to face someone else. The Wildcats are in full-on game prep mode for Southern Miss and cannot wait for Saturday night to get here.
On Wednesday, KSR had Nikes on the turf at the practice fields next to the Joe Craft Football Training Facility as defense day arrived on Hump Day. Kentucky defensive coordinator Brad White, cornerback Maxwell Hairston, and outside linebacker J.J. Weaver answered questions before game day arrives. They were joined by special guest quarterback Brock Vandagriff who was unable to speak on Tuesday due to a class schedule conflict.
The Wildcats are chomping at the bit to play someone else.
