Tyreek Hill calls for immediate termination of Miami-Dade Police officer that escalated traffic stop

Miami Dolphins receiver Tyreek Hill is calling for the firing of a Miami-Dade police officer stemming from his Sunday detainment for a speeding violation.

“Each action that a law enforcement official take is governed by standard operating procedures,” said Hill’s attorney, Julius Collins, on his behalf, via Marcel Louis-Jacques of ESPN. “We are of the opinion that the officer’s use of force was excessive, escalating, and reckless. We are demanding that the officer be terminated effective immediately.”
