Tommy Tremble injury: Panthers TE exits game after scary hit to head vs. Bears

Carolina Panthers (1-3) tight end Tommy Tremble is being evaluated for a concussion and is questionable to return to Sunday’s Week 5 road contest against the Chicago Bears (2-2).

Tremble had a violent helmet-to-helmet collision with Bears safety Jaquan Brisker after making a catch in the second quarter. Tremble fumbled after the hit and appeared to be unconscious for a few moments.
