Texas offers 2026 local prospect Tiki Hola
The Texas Longhorns extended and offer Sunday to a local prospect in the 2026 cycle.
Batrop High’s Tiki Hola was offered by Bo Davis after a tremendous performance at the Forty Acre Takeover Mega Camp.
“I just got off the phone, and was offered by the University of Texas.” Hola said Sunday evening.
The 6-foot-3, 275-pound Hola was overwhelmed by the Texas offer.
“It’s huge. It’s only 30 minutes from the house, so I am happy.”
Hola gave Texas defensive line coach Bo Davis a call following the camp.
“I did testing, went over to the bubble. We did defensive line drills and then did one on ones. He just wanted to let me know that he was trying to get to me after the camp so he could talk to me and my family. We had to leave and get out of there for a family situation though. So he offered over the phone.”
Texas joins four others in-state programs in offering.
“As of right now, five. Texas Tech, UTSA, UNT, Texas State and Texas.”
UTSA was the first to offer May 15.
Hola has two more June visits scheduled. He will visit Texas Tech June 18, and then head to Georgia June 20-22 for a camp and two day visit.
Hola posted 24 tackles, four tackles for loss, two sacks and one caused fumble as a freshman in eight games in 2022.
