Texas head coach Steve Sarkisian adds $250,000 bonus after Longhorns prevail in CFP Quarterfinals vs. ASU

The Texas Longhorns won an instant classic on Wednesday night against the Arizona State Sun Devils in the CFP Quarterfinals. The Longhorns managed to somehow pull it out in double overtime, prevailing 39-31, despite several blunders down the stretch in the fourth quarter. After the win, Texas head coach Steve Sarkisian pocketed a decent sized bonus. According to Steve Berkowitz of USA Today, he added a $250,000 bonus for the win.

He now has $900,000 in bonuses in the 2024-2025 campaign.
