Tennessee QB Gaston Moore enters the NCAA Transfer Portal

Tennessee QB Gaston Moore has entered the NCAA Transfer Portal per On3’s Pete Nakos.

Moore, the fifth-year as a redshirt senior quarterback, has spent the past four years at Tennessee following one as a freshman at UCF. He followed Josh Heupel from Orlando to Knoxville upon his hire by the Volunteers and had been there ever since as a backup.

While as a reserve on Rocky Top, Moore had appeared in 14 games, including a career-high this fall with six games played in.

In his opportunities off the sideline, Moore is 26-44 (59.1%) for 273 yards, two touchdowns, and three interceptions. That includes being 16-27 (59.3%) this past season for 201 yards with a pair of touchdowns and picks apiece.
