For Rivalry Week, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers social media team asked its players to weigh in on their old college rivalries. Baker Mayfield opens the video by saying, “saw their horns off,” a shot at the Texas Longhorns, Mayfield’s college rival. Former Iowa offensive lineman Tristan Wirfs then has some unkind things to say about Nebraska, and so on. You get the premise.
This is interesting to Big Blue Nation because later in the video, former Louisville linebacker Yaya Diaby put his L up before a faint “hold up, hold up, hold up,” is heard off camera. In comes Bucs offensive coordinator Liam Coen, formerly of Kentucky, to interrupt Diaby’s L with double-barrelled Ls down.
“Get this thing down,” Coen says. “U-K!”
