San José State WR Treyshun Hurry commits from portal to Louisville

San José State WR Treyshun Hurry has committed to transfer to Louisville, On3 has learned.
Hurry chose the Cardinals over other offers from programs, among others, like Miami, Florida State, BYU, West Virginia, and USF. That’s after he took a visit with the program, a few days after his entry on April 17th, on April 20th.
Hurry is coming off his first season at San José State after starting his career with two seasons at Weber State. He has, in total, caught 59 passes for 892 yards, good for 15.1 per reception and 40.6 per game, with three touchdowns over that career. 28 receptions for 482 yards, averaging 17.2 a catch and 43.8 a game, and two scores came this past fall as the third-leading receiver behind Nick Nash, a Consensus All-American and finalist for the Biletnikoff Award who led the country in receiving touchdowns while being second in catches and yardage, and Justin Lockhart.
Now, in the spring portal window, Hurry is among the top receivers to have entered his name as one of the best who was previously still available on the board. Per the latest update to On3’s Industry Ranking of 2025’s Top Transfer Portal Players, Hurry is No. 292 overall as the No. 50 WR, which had him as the No. 6 WR still uncommitted to that point.
