Georgia finished off their first two days of camp on Thursday and Friday. Some big-time talents had a chance to work out in front of the Bulldogs staff.
Jake has posted some notes, but I am told that Julian ‘JuJu’ Lewis‘ throwing sessions were STRONG. He and his family were in town two nights.
Another 2026 prospect that has an UGA offer is RB Jonaz Walton from Central (Carrollton) worked out for the staff, he is young, but he is going to a name to know at RB for his class. He basically goes to school across the street from Lewis.
2024 athlete Jalewis Solomon worked out for staff and he is someone that is still on the board.
2025 OT Juan Gaston from Westlake is a player that I LOVE at LT. I am told that he measured in at 6-foot-7.5 and 335 pounds with 81.5” wingspan. Saw him in person at the Under Armour Camp in Carrollton this winter and he’s raw. But the raw tools are there.
Elijah Griffin, the nation’s top overall player for 2025 measured in I am told at 6-foot-4.5 with an 83” wingspan.. HOLY #%^$^%!
Looks like Cedartown has another SEC-type prospect and UGA offered him on Thursday in Tae Harris. I had one coach with him tell me he ran 4.3 on some clocks. It didn’t talk long for Fran Brown to extend that offer.
2024 DL Nasir Smith got to spend time with UGA staff as well on Thursday. He is a name that is picking up offers and Georgia is one of them.
A big weekend of expected official visitors will start this afternoon around 4pm, it is star studded group..
