Patriots QB Drake Maye improbably keeps play alive for game-tying touchdown to Rhamondre Stevenson vs. Titans

New England rookie quarterback Drake Maye had a magic moment on Sunday, eluding a couple of defenders in the open field and connecting with Rhamondre Stevenson to tie the game up with the Tennessee Titans. New England had the ball the 5-yard line with four seconds left, trailing 17-10, when Maye was somehow able to dodge a few defenders, and throw an improbable touchdown pass while being hit. The Patriots and Titans game was tied up at 17-17 at the end of regulation, sending it to overtime.

It was a special moment in Maye’s very young career in the NFL career, no doubt about it. Unfortunately for the Patriots, he tossed an interception late in overtime to end the game. But he certainly showed plenty of promise and potential with his playmaking ability against the Titans on Sunday.
