Oregon Heavy Betting Favorite Over Illinois

Vegas has weighed in on this weeks game and they like the Ducks in a pretty big way.

The Ducks will host Illinois as a 21.5 point favorite in Eugene, according to FD Sportsbook. Which is a pretty big spread considering The Fighting Illini are the No. 20 team in the AP poll this week. Oregon is coming off a 35-0 shutout of Purdue on the road Friday night.

The over/under is 54.5 points in this contest. Also another lofty total from Vegas.

Illinois is 6-1 this season and so far is 3-1 in conference play. The only B1G loss so far is a 21-7 loss to Penn State.

Meanwhile Oregon comes in as the No. 1 ranked team in the country following Georgia’s win over Texas.

These two teams have faced each other three times. The most recent game was in Eugene in 1995, with Oregon winning 34-31.

This game is set to kickoff at 12:30 PM PST. It will broadcast/stream on CBS.
