Opening line released for Texas vs. Oklahoma
Circa Sports released point spreads and totals for the upcoming week of college football action, including for Saturday’s Red River Shootout between No. 3 Texas and No. 12 Oklahoma. Circa had Texas as a -5 favorite and set the point total at 62.5.

According to OddsShark, Texas is 3-2 against the spread this season. Four of the Longhorns’ five contests have been under the point total with the game at Alabama as the lone exception.
Oklahoma is 5-0 against the spread according to OddsShark. Contests with SMU and Cincinnati ended under the point total, while the Sooners’ three other games hit the over.
Other Big 12 games also had point spread and totals set.
The Kansas State Wildcats travel to Stillwater, Okla. to face the Oklahoma State Cowboys. K-State enters as a -9 favorite. The point total was set at 56.5
Central Florida, on the heels of a heartbreaking loss to Baylor, travels to Lawrence, Kan. to take on the Kansas Jayhawks. KU is a -5 favorite with a point total set at 61.5.
The TCU Horned Frogs head to Ames, Iowa to take on the Iowa State Cyclones. Sonny Dykes’ team enters as a -6 favorite with a total set at 44.5.
Texas Tech and Baylor are set to battle in Waco, Texas. Baylor is a -2 favorite with a total set at 59.5.
The Longhorns won last year’s contest with Oklahoma 49-0. Texas leads the all-time series 63-50-5. Both teams enter this year’s edition of the Red River Shootout undefeated.
