On300 OL Isaiah Garcia sets USC official visit
USC has added yet another blue-chip prospect to their expected June official visitor list as Magna (UT) Cyprus offensive lineman Isaiah Garcia will be in Los Angeles beginning June 2.
Garcia is the No. 188 overall prospect and No. 11 interior offensive lineman, according to the On3 Consensus rankings. He is also ranked as the No. 1 player in the state of Utah.
The Cyprus interior offensive lineman’s had a busy spring thus far. He’s already been to Washington (March 31), UCLA(April 6), USC (April 8) and will be at Oregon (April 15) for their Spring Game.
Garcia will be part of a June 2 visit weekend that USC is currently slated to host six prospects on official visits, five of which are four-star prospects.

“I’ve begun building a relationship with Coach Josh Henson and he seems like not only a great coach, but a great person. Building the relationship with my position coach is something I look for in a school and the relationship is definitely being built between me and Coach Henson.
“The academic programs the university offers are also something that really interests me as a student that wants to get a meaningful degree. USC also has a great reputation for producing and developing great players that get a chance at the league. Fight on!!”
Oregon the biggest competitor?
“My interest in Oregon right now is pretty high,” Garcia said recently. “There are a lot of things about the program that I’m super intrigued by and excited to learn more about. Some of the things that stick out to me are the coaches’ personalities, the academic programs they offer and the school’s reputation for not only winning, but producing great offensive lineman in recent history.”
Garcia is currently scheduled to officially visit Oregon June 16.

The 6-foot-5, 275-pound recruit holds 20 total offers. According to the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine, USC now holds a slight lead for his commitment at 37.9% over Oregon at 33.1%.
