Oklahoma releases depth chart for opener vs. Temple
Oklahoma has announced their depth chart for their first game of the season on Friday against Temple.
The Sooners shared the lineup in posts on social media on Sunday.
This is the first depth chart for Team 130 in Norman. It’s also the first one for the program as part of the Southeastern Conference.
Much of this chart mimics the recent prediction for it by SoonerScoop’s George Stoia last week. The only offensive starter he had incorrect was Nic Anderson starting at receiver with one of the spots actually going to Brenen Thompson. As for the defense, he had Da’Jon Terry as a defensive tackle along with Gentry Williams and Woodi Washington at the corners with those spots ultimately going to Jayden Jackson, Dez Malone, and Kani Walker respectively. The same applied for Tyler Keltner being in place of Zach Schmit at kicker.
Several ORs are included throughout the two deep, though, with 10 involving listed starters for August 25th.
