Quote Of The Day

“It’s pretty amazing when you win your last two games, you’re a combined 36-point underdog, and you win them both while scoring a combined 32 points. The two touchdown drives were two yards and 16 yards long. I’ve kind of seen it with Dan Campbell, covering the Lions this year. There is something to be said for just finding a way to win games, and not making excuses about who is hurt, and not making excuses about the schedule, or the weather. You’re focused on how do you still get to the finish line?

“These last two games, in the eyes of Michigan fans, they were works of art. But they were very creative works of art, because this was a team with limitations. That Ohio State win has aged incredibly well, when you see what Ohio State has done since then. The ‘Bama win was in many was just as shocking, given who didn’t play for Michigan in the bowl game.”
