Newsstand: Mike Denbrock of Notre Dame is highest paid offensive coordinator in college football per PFF

Experienced, high-paid offensive coordinators and Notre Dame haven’t gone hand-in-hand lately. Until now. Pro Football Focus released a list of the highest-earning OCs in college football on Thursday, and the Fighting Irish’s Mike Denbrock is at the top of the chart.

Denbrock made his return to Notre Dame for a third stint as an assistant in South Bend early in the offseason. He spent the spring working with Duke quarterback transfer Riley Leonard, the Irish’s three other scholarship quarterbacks and the ND tight ends, who he oversees as the position group coach. Denbrock replaced Gerad Parker, now the head coach at Troy.

Here’s PFF’s full list.
